Hi Alia Kombucha Granola is a breakfast food and snack food consisting of rolled oats, almonds, puffed rice, raisin, cashew nuts with kombucha. Kombucha, a fermented and sweetened tea often made with green or black tea (which is used in this product). It involves a double fermentation process wherein a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast is placed in the tea mixture. Not only does it have the same benefits as tea, it is also rich in probiotics. These bacteria believed that it will helps in digestion and inflammation.
